In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following are the identification details of the owner of this website and of the associated digital services (customer portal, partner portal and RentElectric mobile apps).

1. Purpose

The website rentelectric.app presents RentElectric's services: infrastructure and operation of electric vehicle charging points, fleet management, access control and a rental and mobility platform. Access to the site is free and makes you a user, who accepts this legal notice. The purchase of services is also governed by the Terms and conditions and the Purchase and refund policy.

2. Terms of use

Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services, not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith, and not to damage the physical or logical systems of RentElectric, its suppliers or third parties. RentElectric may withdraw or suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of the site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, graphic design and code) belongs to RENTELECTRIC.APP, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for the private use necessary to browse the site. The logos of public programmes (IDAE, MOVES, CORFO, European Union – NextGenerationEU) are shown to inform of the funding received and belong to their respective owners.

4. Liability

RentElectric endeavours to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site. The commercial figures shown are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer: the applicable conditions are those set out in each contract or in the purchase process.

5. Links

The site links to RentElectric's own services (partner portal, customer area, charging web app, API) and to third-party sites. RentElectric is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@rentelectric.app, and request the deletion of your account from this page.

7. Cookies

The informational pages of this site do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The customer area, the partner portal and the charging web app only use technical cookies and local storage, needed to keep the session and the security of the service, which are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the court of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
