What people ask us before signing

How much does it cost?

It depends on the model you choose — see the Pricing section above. The standard model requires no upfront investment: we install and operate, and share the revenue your asset generates. If you prefer not to share revenue, there is a fixed monthly fee option. In the demo we give you the figure for your case.

Who provides the hardware?

We do. Chargers, access control and connectivity are included in the service. You just give access to the plant room.

What if I already have chargers installed?

We plug into the existing infrastructure: we add the control, billing and automatic settlement layer without replacing what already works.

What do regulations require of me?

In Spain, Royal Decree-Law 29/2021 has required charging points in non-residential buildings with more than 20 spaces since 1 January 2023. At European level, the EPBD directive extends and tightens this requirement towards 2027. We handle it turnkey, with the subsidy (where applicable) included in the paperwork.

How soon is it up and running?

Typical installation: 5 working days from the technical visit, no major works. The asset starts billing on go-live day.

Which countries do you operate in?

Spain and Chile are the territories where we have active commercial operations. Projects are backed by IDAE (MOVES programme) and CORFO.

Who gets paid what?

Settlement is automatic: the asset owner, the operator and the platform each receive their share every month, with a breakdown of sessions and kWh. No manual transfers, no disputes.

What happens to my data?

We comply with the GDPR. Driver and consumption data is used only to operate the service and belongs to you: you can export it or request its deletion at any time.
